From busboy to founder, and everywhere inbetween.

         I kicked off my exciting journey in the restaurant industry at just 17 as a busboy at Candelaris Pizzeria From there, I climbed the ladder to become a server, bartender, and ultimately a trainer and manager at renowned spots like North Italia in the Galleria, Grace’s on Kirby, Hotel ZaZa, and Cafe No Sé. After nearly eight amazing years of hands-on experience, I joined Sora Partners, where I transformed from a rookie technician to a senior tech and trainer, successfully completing over 150 installations! My adventure with Sora opened the door to Pluckers Wing Bar Group, where I was tasked with leading their entire Toast POS conversion. In just one year, we accomplished 30 installations—25 of them overnight—achieving zero downtime and a remarkable 20% revenue boost across their locations!

         With over six years immersed the Toast ecosystem, I’ve gained a unique insight into optimizing POS solutions for real-world restaurant challenges. Now, at TurnKey POS, I’ve channeled all this experience into a seamless process: from hardware consultation and site surveys to menu configuration, installation, and ongoing support. We take care of everything, turning the initial concept into a fully operational, revenue-boosting POS—a true “turnkey” solution!
